We understand bathymetry as the topographical study of the waterbed.

HOW WE DO IT
The topographic equipment is mounted on a boat, of different type and draught, depending on whether it is for the river or for the sea, which consist of a GPS, a sonar and a sound speed calibrator of the wave. We mount the sonar under the keel or on the side of the boat, sending a wave of sound towards the waterbed.
HOW IS THE TEAM INFORMED?
The amount of time it takes the sound to go through the water, bounce on the bottom and get back, informs the team about the real depth. The calibrator adjusts the propagation rate of that wave in the aquatic environment, depending on the temperature and density of the fluid.
It is a topography GPS, which works through the RTK network of the mobile data.
WE HAVE A SPECIFIC SOFTWARE
The points obtained in the fieldwork are dumped through a specific software (MDT type), where you can carry out any type of waterbed modeling, cubic calculus, etc.
WE DO IT WITH CAUTION
Before starting to navigate, we try to know the level zero of each port, as this will mark us later the precision of the depth.
WE TAKE ACTION WHERE YOU NEED IT
Reaching beyond water is possible. Therefore, our bathymetry teams have been implemented to access underwater reliefs of lakes, reservoirs and rivers, generating a detailed cartography of funds.
